There were 17 speakers, among them were the Snawdoun Herald of Scotland &#8211; Elizabeth Roads, the de facto herald of Belarus &#8211; Marina Elinskaya and the deputy chairman of the State Commission for Heraldry of Georgia &#8211; Mamuka Gonadze.<br \/>\nThere was also the main herald of the MGD &#8211; dr.
