The new logo is taken from the old  proposal for Coat of Amrs dating from 2006. The left blue shield. Then because of stubbornness about the Badinter majority, a new arms is selected, a  an watercolor theme of the  the bazaar, cut in the shape of a shield.
the bent line from the original proposal now was moved to the base (lower part of the flag). Otherwise the line and logo and flag down the gold, on a white background.
