Chief Herald Dr. Jovan Ionovski, winner of the highest vexillological award

Chief herald of Macedonian Heraldic Society, Dr. Jovan Ionovski, winner of the highest vexillological award from the International Federation of Vexillological Associations – Fédération internationale des associations vexillologiques (FIAV). The award Laureate of the Federation was awarded at the 29th International Congress of Vexillology in Ljubljana, Slovenia, for outstanding original contribution to the science of vexillology.
